Booking & Payment #

Quotes are transparent. Bookings may require a deposit. Cancellations and rescheduling policies are shared during confirmation.

• Invoices specify scope, deliverables, timelines, and any applicable taxes.
• Deposits, if requested, are credited to your final invoice.
• Late payments may incur a reasonable late fee as permitted by law.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an updated quote.

License #

Unless specified, you receive a non-exclusive license for the delivered media consistent with your project’s usage. We may showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed, source files remain the property of Pluvynqua Studio. Licenses are non-transferable and limited to the agreed territory, duration, and mediums. Third-party components are governed by their respective licenses.

Liability #

We exercise reasonable care and backup practices. However, we’re not liable for indirect or incidental damages beyond the fees paid for the specific assignment.

• You are responsible for securing your own backups and systems.
• We do not warrant uninterrupted service; scheduled maintenance may occur.
• In no event shall liability exceed the amount paid for the relevant project phase.

Changes #

We may update these terms. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.

If you continue to use the site after updates take effect, you accept the revised terms.
